Ingredients:
Chicken
Basmati rice (drained & soaked)
Natural Nine Rice Bran oil
Biryani masala
Curd
Cumin & cinnamon sticks
Coriander leaves & cloves
Ginger-garlic paste
Green chillies & onions
Lemon juice
Red chilli powder, garam masala & turmeric powder

How to cook chicken biryani:

  1. At first, you need to marinate the chicken with biryani masala, red chilli, turmeric powder, curd, lemon juice, green chillies, coriander leaves, chopped onions & tomatoes, mix well, put in the refrigerator and marinate it for atleast an hour.
  2. On a pan, heat rice bran oil, add cumin and cinnamon cloves, cook for 3 minutes and then add the chicken, fry it for 15 minutes and add curd.
  3. Add basmati rice and mix them. Now add water on the top of rice, add garam masala powder and coriander leaves.
  4. Wait for about 10 minutes, let it cook and then turn off the flame.
