Chinese Garlic Mushroom Recipe

The combination of garlic and mushroom tastes delicious. To cook chinese garlic mushroom, you will need to prepare a sauce by mixing together corn flour with vinegar, salt, soy sauce, water and sugar if needed.

Ingredients:
Mushrooms
Natural Nine Rice Bran oil
Red chilies
Onions
Garlic
Spring onions or coriander leaves


How to cook chinese garlic mushroom:

  1. Take a pan and heat some rice bran oil with finely chopped onions.
  2. Stir them and add the garlic paste and red chilies.
  3. Now add the mushrooms to the mixture.
  4. While stirring, add water and the sauce mixture.
  5. Then reduce the flame and cook for another minute.
