Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Egg fried rice is much identical to how we cook fried rice; it just adds the magic of eggs. Not only it is easy to prepare but also tastes great as a meal on its own. This recipe is made with eggs and spring onions. Start preparing the following ingredients:

Rice (cooked and drained)
Fresh peas
Natural Nine Rice Bran oil
Salt, water and black pepper
Finely chopped spring onions

How to cook egg fried rice with rice bran oil:

  1. Take a pan, add water, peas and boil them for 4-6 minutes
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs and oil then keep it aside.
  3. Take another pan, add oil and heat it. Add the cooked rice and till 2-4 minutes, stir fry it.
  4. Now add some more peas, pepper, salt and fry it. Also add the egg and fry while stirring it for one more minute.
  5. Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
